Proudly offered for sale- 2009 16 hh Hanoverian mare SassyLady GF, by San Remo (Sandro Hit/Donnerhall) out of Wonderlady (Weltmeyer).

 

Price greatly reduced for this fantastic, high quality mare- motivated seller. Sassy is a proven broodmare who has produced three premium foals.

In 2018, she returned to work. During the 2019 show season, she competed at regional championships at first level, placing 7th out of 23, and later debuted at 2nd level by winning both of her classes with a 66% and 69% despite rain and puddles.

She is confirmed 2nd level, schooling 3rd level and has a green flying change. Sassy has the sensitivity and quality gaits that a professional looks for, but she is safe enough for an amateur.

Sassy can step off the trailer and enter the ring, or spend several days off-farm with the same no-fuss attitude. She trailers well alone and with other horses, gets along with mares and geldings alike, and doesn’t get herd bound. Although she can take pressure, she doesn’t need to be kept busy, and meets her rider at their level. This horse will get you noticed in the show ring, but is also just a pleasure to ride. She hacks alone or with others, where she can take the lead or follow. She is calm and sensible, but is still be quick to respond to light aids. She is a seat ride- and gives a lovely feeling for riders with an independent hand. If you’re looking to add to the herd, Sassy will produce your next dream horse.
